Quality Assurance

All Green Ink has a process for controlling quality and continuous improvement in its manufacturing process. A worksheet is created for each cartridge to record what components were used to rebuild it.

Once it has been rebuilt, the cartridge is taken to the printer lab to verify that it will work in many different applications. If the cartridge passes all tests, it is assigned a unique serial number and packaged for delivery to a customer.

A record is kept of each failed cartridge along with a description of the root cause.

Warranty

All Green Ink Inc. ("Manufacturer") warrants its laser toner cartridges to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The Manufacturer will, at its option, replace.a cartridge or refund the full purchase price of any cartridge found to be defective. The Manufacturer further warrants that under normal use and operation, its remanufactured laser cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any printer for which the cartridge was specifically designed. Any claim that the use of a remanufactured cartridge has resulted in printer damage must be verified with satisfactory eviidence that the cartridge was the direct cause. This warranty will become null and void if the warranted cartridge has been tampered.with by unauthorized personnel, improperly stored or used in a manner considered abnormal. The Manufacturer liability under this warranty shall be limited to the replacement or reimbursement as defined herein. No other expressed or implied warranty shall exist, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In the case of colour cartridges, the same tests are reproduced and isolated for black, cyan, magenta and yellow.
